Do not use. Mallard were instructed to carry out a valuation on behalf of our lender for a remortgage on our rental property. Rhodri, one of the directors, turned up earlier than was expected and was pushy and rude to my tenants daughter, who suffers from extreme anxiety, when she refused him entry. He was then rude and condescending when speaking with me about the situation and made zero allowances and offered no resolution other than returning a week later at a further charge. Unwilling to attend another near by valuation first and then return for the sake of being 5-10 minutes behind schedule. I complained to their office who put me through to Jason who Id apparently interrupted as he was in a wedding but had arrange a revaluation on the following Tuesday due to the circumstances. On the Tuesday the tenants mother took the day off work to ensure no disruptions. The day went on with nobody turning up. I called the office who stated the valuation was cancelled by them directly with the lender and it was on them to contact me. In essence, going back on their offer of a resolution to the situation and doing so in such a cowardly manner. Just avoid using, theyll consider you more a burden than a customer.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Jason and staff at Mallard from start to finish with the valuation and Homesurvey Report. I highly recommend this company and their fees are very reasonable. Jason was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
