        Had a really good couple of days with Rhys and the team. Great instruction from Rhys for family of four (girl 10 and boy 8). We're all different levels and we were all happy. Definitely coming back to Gower

        Had a great 2 hour intro session for me and our son (aged 9) at Caswell Bay in Aug 2022. The session was well structured - warm-ups, stretches, basic technique, moving on to try standing up, with lots of time in the water (with appropriate encouragement/support/advice from instructors in the water). There were about 10 in the group of varying ages with friendly instructors. Warm quality wetsuits were provided. Comms before the session was very good (emails / text) responding to our queries. The waves were big enough to learn on / reliable on the day we went, and our son was thrilled to be able to get standing up lots of times - he really wants to do this again! Caswell Bay was also a lovely beach with parking very close and 2 nice cafes (I gather it can get busy at times but we had no problem).
