Both are similar - couldnt-care-less service, dirty teaspoons, bad coffee, things not working (milk dispenser on coffee machine one time, hot chocolate another time), slow service, small portions.
One time I asked if my (autistic & super picky child) could have a cheese toastie although it was still 15mins to the lunch menu. I was told no. I mean, a cheese toastie!
Thats the last time Ill visit their cafe or shop there.
I use Tesco cafe regularly in Carmarthen and the staff are friendly, efficient, fast, good portions, everything very clean. Ill be visiting the Neath one next.
