        Took my boots in for one of them to be reheeled, charge me 11 and the quality of the workmanship is very poor, one the plastic heel was wonky when he gave it me I had to ask him to straighten it, he got offensive, he cut off the material that hadnt been tucked in, so my boot will fray. The other boot I had to tuck the material in myself whilst standing there, no offer to rectify his poor work. Didnt even offer a discount for his poor workmanship & bad attitude. Do not waste your money here. Take them into the town centre, much better workmanship.
