        Came to get a spare car key cut, I didn't need to be able to start the car, I simply needed a blade so that I could unlock the door. The member of staff couldn't be any more unhelpful, he kept telling me I wouldn't be able to start the car, I said I'm aware of that, I just want to open the door, he said the alarm will go off, again I said I'm aware of that I just want it to physically unlock the door, he said he hasn't got the machine to code the key, I said I'm a vehicle technician and I know all this, then he just said he doesn't have the blade in stock. And before me he had told a woman that she would need to take her house key to a registered locksmith. Very unhelpful and seemed to try anything to get out of doing any work.

        Took my American Fossil watch to have the battery replaced. Couldn't fault the young chap who took care of me. Service was A++ Also found out you can opt for a lifetime battery replacement which some other high end shops do not offer. 100% recommend this particular Timpson shop.
