Excellent service from the moment I was contacted by Emma in response to my online enquiry. She pulled out all the stops to ensure my three pallets of stone were booked in for collection on the Thursday to facilitate next day delivery on the Friday before Bank holiday Monday when the stone was laid. I would certainly use PSS again and recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and friendly pallet delivery service.

My pallet shipment from Wales arrived this morning. This was the first time I had dealt with you guys, and I would just like to say how easy and efficient the whole process proved to be. Esther in your office couldn't have been more helpful explaining how the process worked, and sending all the documents. The couriers at the other end (I think they were from Hastings) were similarly extremely efficient and friendly, arriving exactly on time (we are not the easiest place to find) and were careful in positioning the pallet exactly where I had requested - not the usual 'unload quickly, and drive off' brigade Thanks to all concerned I will have no hesitation in recommending your company, and dealing again, when the need arises
