Totem Reflexology

On my first visit to Philippa I was suffering from dizziness, nausea, stiff painful joints, problems sleeping and digestive issues. After five foot reflexology sessions the dizziness and nausea had gone and my mobility and digestive problems are very much improved as is my sleeping pattern. Philippa is such a lovely, approachable and friendly person, who is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has not only helped me physically but also mentally and emotionally which is so important. I really look forward to my sessions and highly recommend Totem Reflexology. Thank you Philippa.

I have visited Philippa for reflexology many times and always leave feeling very relaxed and de-stessed. Philippa is such a lovely lady, she is very knowledgeable and I cant recommend her highly enough. I always look forward to my next session.

Philippa is a very experienced reflexologist and I've felt tremendously better not only physically but mentally since starting treatment with her. She is so supportive and approachable, and helps you reflect positively on your life and health. The sessions leave you feeling so relaxed and revived. I'd really recommend anyone visit.
