After aplying for a contract role through ChilliFrog, they worked very hard to ensure that not only was I right for the role but that the role would meet my needs. As I was actually more experienced than the role required, ChilliFrog worked with the business to develop a role more in-line with my experience and rate expectations. They went above and beyond to satisfy the requirements of both myself and the business. Once in contract, I worked extensively with ChilliFrog to find and engage more contractors to fill some specific and hard to fill roles. As before, ChilliFrog worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the correct candidates both in terms of experience and motivation. Above all, I would trust ChilliFrog to go the extra mile to make sure roles are matched to the right candidate and not just filled by any candidate. They always act with integrity and honesty, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them on finding new candidates and for finding new roles for myself.

From the very start, Darren came across professional and very informative about the particular company I was being interviewed by. Through out the process, he was constantly advising on progress with regular updates. Once I had received the offer, I even had a text the day prior to starting with my new company, wishing me good luck and a text at the end of the week enquiring how my first week went. A true Gent !!!
