I am currently doing supply work through TeacherActive, they have been extremely helpful and have given myself many opportunities for work. All staff are extremely friendly and personable, especially when dealing with Evie, who has gone the extra mile to find work for me and answer any question/resolve any issues.

Friendly and efficient. What they promised they delivered: in terms of DBS check being ready fast and finding me work. Not a fan of the multi-storey car park, but parking if free when you visit. Would recommend them as an agency.

Teacheractive is an outstanding agency to work for. The staff there are so friendly, helpful and accommodating and have made my NQT year a great one. I look forward to continuing to work for them and gain more experience within different schools.

I've been working for TeacherActive since January '23. All of the colleagues (Swansea branch) are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Melissa interviewed me and was really encouraging, she made the whole experience enjoyable. The work is fairly consistent with either booked work or stand-by work. I've dealt mostly with Rebecca, she's fab. Great at keeping me updated with emails for potential bookings when I'm out working, and phone calls when I'm not. As well as finding me work in the Swansea area - as I rely on public transport; I'm thankful she's so approachable and on top of things! Especially as supply work can be really inconsistent and quite a lonely profession at times. The team at Swansea are supportive, especially if there's a school you don't want to work at because you've had bad experiences, they will make an effort to not book you there - equally if there are schools that you love, they always try and find you work in those schools if it's available. My one gripe is there can sometimes be a lack of communication between the TeacherActive agents, for example over half term I received 3 calls during the week from 3 different agents to ask my availability for after half term. It's not a huge issue, but better communication/updating my availability so that I'm not answering the same questions during holiday time would be nice.

I absolutely love working with Teacher Active my main point of contact is Rebecca who is absolutely amazing as is she is very understanding, approachable, Keeps me up to date with emails and always replies to emails swiftly she is so wonderful to work with My first point of contact when i joined was Nicole who has been so wonderfully helpful through the joining process as she was very understanding, friendly and caring The other Teacher Active Team members I work with are Alex, Shannon & Catherine equally just as amazing & very helpful & Caring Such a friendly amazing team to work with I highly recommend Teacher Active to anyone that is looking for work in Education A Friendly Caring Team Of Beautiful People That care who are always there to support you
