Absolutely shocking service. We decided to go to spoons at 9:30pm for some food. They were still serving. We all ordered our food and our SOFT drinks came over. We then had a very rude staff member ask us for ID. 2 out of the 4 of us had ID on us. We are all 22 years old and dont look young in any way. Also one of us is 8 months pregnant. They then proceeded to tell us that we have to leave because it is after 9pm and we dont look over 18. After 9pm they turn into a pub. They also said refund will take 48 hours. We wished they had told us this before we ordered our food. And the staff were so absolutely rude to us especially to the pregnant woman. Absolutely disgusting service. I believe it was a young man, a blonde woman and another woman who had dealt with our situation. All 3 were disgustingly rude. We all felt so belittled. Wont ever be eating there again. We had the impression that they just couldnt be bothered to cook our food. Absolutely appalling I dont know whats happened to good service these days. Staff were so disrespectfulalso the staff sneakily tried to refund us our food without telling us and refunded it to the wrong person. When the pregnant member of our group stated she is pregnant the man said people are getting pregnant very young these days then rolled his eyes and walked away. She felt very sad after this and got very upset. I notice someone had removed this review once so they dont look bad. Ill keep putting it up until I have an apology. Also still awaiting my refund. Shocking
