By far the worst building company on the planet. Turned our house into a disaster zone after a small fire, with continuous health and safety problems still going on some ten years later. In the end another team from a different firm came in to repair all the disasters they left. Bodge after bodge, short cut after short cut. There is no skilled craftsmen, just odd job men and labourers. Spent more time sitting around than finishing jobs. In the end, we sold the house it was just a nightmare after theyd finished. Anyone reading this that has the. In, photo, film and document, because they are lazy, unskilled lairs. But I regret ever trusting these jokers.worst 12 months of our lives. But well done to Direct Line for dropping them like a hot stone.and thank you Direct line for coming back 9 years later, and putting it all right, on the same original claim AHIs work was that bad. AHI stepped into the breech when other builders let us down mid-job. Steve contacted us on day of our inquiry, sent out a surveyor/ supplier the following day with Terry, Chris and Dan turning up on the day after Friday 7th Feb. Keen to get our roof sorted before Storm Caira came crashing in. The lads completed the outstanding job that day to a very high standard and noticed our front porch door was sticking. Going out to check they were ok and offer another cuppa found Chris tending the porch door with Terry helping... WOW What service. Roof sorted door fixed and all Storm Caira proof. WELL DONE AHI TEAM and all outside there usual area of work (120 miles round trip) Many thanks and good luck for the future Richard
