        I wasn't confident in the engineer they sent, all he did was change the toners (and left the security seal on the new toners, no wonder the printer didnt work!) and the print quality was worse than before. I made a written complaint on 11 May and over two weeks later, they haven't bothered to reply to my concerns. I would not recommend them.
