        Ridiculous only one person serving when there are 20+ people in the queue suggest you only go if u have time to waste

        Manager was rude, wouldnt let me on the queue 10mins to the end even though there was still time to help me out, she also didnt help me with the self assisted machines on site stating shes the manager and doesnt have to do so,this post office is massively understaffed.

        Understaffed. Massive Queue. Staff try to provide the best but it takes good amount of time. So plan accordingly.

        Today a staff member was very impatient with me while I was searching for the QR code. She was sending me to print the label somewhere else as she didn't want to wait to find the code. I think this lady with blond hair and American accent(think so) needs more customer training as I felt she is rude to me!

        I have photosensitive epilepsy and I have asked for the flickering light to be fixed for months so I can use my local post office but no. Still not fixed after 4 months.
