Warmserve has been my guardian angel against an insurance company that does not care about its customers. I logged a boiler breakdown on my home emergency cover on Monday morning, and the insurers auto-texted that I would have appointment four days later despite me stating that I have no heating or hot water. However, Warmserve contacted me the same day and sent someone to look at the problem. A part needed replacing. On Thursday, on my fifth day inside a home with room temperatures at 10-12 C and no update from the insurer, I phoned Warmserve again. The very helpful and sympathetic lady contacted the insurer to be told they had not yet got round to authorising the repair! She took it on herself to chase them for the authorisation and managed to get someone to come and do the repair the very same day. I am so, so very grateful to Warmserve for rescuing me from this hellish saga of negligence from the side of the insurer. Service: Water heater repair
