        I had an emergency and Steve very kindly explained to me, over the phone, how to re-pressurise the boiler. I am a woman and live on my own so was very grateful. This saved a callout, so no time delay and expense incurred. It was so generous and kind of him on all levels. I have used his services before, so would highly recommend. Thank you Steve.
