We had a broken pipe and were left without hot water and heating so I contacted around 20 different plumbers, most of whom didnt even have the courtesy to get back to me. I am beyond grateful to have found Vortex. Despite having a busy day's work on, James and Ashton turned up at my door within an hour or so and fixed the problem promptly. They were efficient and very professional but most importantly friendly and honest. I was quoted nearly double what Vortex charged me by another plumber. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Had a leak on a radiator pipe buried in a wall. Really great service, came out same day, located the leak and fixed it!
