Horrendous customer service. Ordered images online with 1 hour printing service and paid online. After receiving confirmation that the order was received I went to pick them up after 2 hours, leaving an additional hour for my order to get ready. Upon my arrival the cashier kept questioning the fact that I had placed the order, despite showing my order confirmation to this specific store. I was made to wait over one hour for my two images to be printed and she kept stalling the order to serve other people with no regard for the fact I had waited an hour. Once the order was being done, she tried to get. Me to put them in the frames myself despite paying for the images to be framed in store, she then messed up my images drastically when putting them in the frames and tried to fob me off with t hem. I requested they be fixed and finally after 3 and a half hours, one and half hours of which were me standing there whilst she served other people, I received my order. No refund or compensation provided and shocking attitude. Have used this service a number of times but will never use again. What a waste of my day. I would recommend trying somewhere else.

I recently visited the Swansea Asda, Max Spielmann store to process some wedding photographs that I wanted to frame as a Christmas present for my parents. As you can well imagine, the week before Christmas it was absolutely manic, people everywhere. Thankfully my husband and I didnt have to wait long before a machine became available and I started to attempt to navigate the various options available (there were too many!!), which proved a little time consuming. It was at this point, of trawling through hundreds of images that Emma (Em) approached me to ask if I was managing okay. What a diamond she turned out to be, nothing was too much trouble, even with a store over run with customers she was friendly and attentive. She offered her opinion and gave advice regarding image composition and colour where she thought appropriate and even took the time to show me a few tricks of the trade for editing. Staff like Em should be commended for their hard work daily, hourly during the Christmas period when patience is challenging! Thank you Em for your fantastic service, approachability and ability to remain calm when things didnt quite go to plan. Keep up the good work and keep smiling.

After a lovely photo shoot of my son in his graduation attire, we were very disappointed to find that the memory stick we had purchased had no images on it when tried at home. We phoned next morning, worried that our pics were lost forever. A thankyou to Emma, at asda Morriston branch. She was very helpful, and sorted the problem in a professional manner. One happy customer. Thankyou.
