        I was made an appointment via askmygp with David the pharmacist, rung to change the time, very accommodating. Excellent service when I arrived,very busy as usual but waited less than 10 minutes, had a thorough consultation and medication prescribed. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

        Awful service, staff too busy chatting instead of taking care of customers. Unprofessional discussions going on in front of customers. Extremely slow and even rude

        Went in today 23/12/22 about 16:30 to pick up a prescription. Sounds simple but being autistic it can be tough. The receptionist wasnt much help at all! but a lovely woman waring a blue Christmas jumper sorted the whole situation within minutes. Im not sure who you are but thank you so much you helped calm me down. Youre amazing at your job so hopefully someone recognises this!
