I came into the chemist today (11th April 2023) to pick up my prescription about 3.20pm and the assistant very rudely told me about how to order my medication and made me feel like I was about 4 years old, normally I wouldn't care, but today the chemist was quite full and I was made to feel like a naughty school girl, as the assistant told me in a loud voice so everyone could hear her. This is NOT appropriate customer service at all. I am very disappointed and unhappy about this. I think you should train your staff to be have better customer service approach.

I have used this chemist for many years and I have never had any problems. The staff have always been very helpful and give sound advice in a private consultation room if needed. They were a brilliant, essential front line service during the pandemic working hard when many were furloughed. Thank you all staff

Horrendous service prescriptions never ready,always full of people complaining about having to wait,bad attitude from staff,asking when did you order it,trying to shift blame,as they haven't done it,even after 7 days

Everytime i come here all the staff in the back are busy either on their phones or giggling, laughing and chatting. Hardly do any work which is why there are always long queues here. Plus close for lunch for an hour for lunch. Awful service!
