Absolute shambles, been trying to get through to them on a number of occasions, and either ringing and get cut off or permanently engaged,only put 1 star as I couldn't put zero.

My 91 year old mother has heart problems and blood pressure problems that are quite serious. This pharmacy delivers her tablets each week but sometimes needs a gentle reminder. I called them on Tuesday to check they would be delivered this week as my mother was due to run out this Friday. A lady answered and confirmed they will be delivered on Friday but couldn't say a time. My mother stayed in, looking out the window for them all day and nothing arrived. She is now without her medication and it's a bank holiday weekend. I really hope she is going to be ok but I am very disappointed at this pharmacy in letting her down so badly. If anything happens to my mother as a result, I will be taking further action.
