It is saddening to see the level of service and care has taken a negative turn since the chemist changed hands. I have been disappointed by the service level and the unavailability of drugs at times forcing me to find a chemist that can help. I find it rude when you go in to be left waiting for long times because the team are chatting about non work related things. They can see everyone who comes in and even an acknowledgment that you will be attended to would be appreciated. Hopefully it will improve again in the future.

This used to have excellent service and staff. A pleasure to use and visit. But since being taken over it has fallen to the bottom of the pile. 3 consecutive times they got my prescription wrong. Once it was even filled out by the counter person (TOTALLY UNQUALIFIED)? You may take your life in your hands if you use them. PLEASE do not use this terrible pharmacy.

Locum pharmacist couldnt be bothered to find the medication I needed as an emergency as had unexpectedly run out! Dont offer a service if you dont want to fulfil it. Went to Lloyds by Morrisons who were much better.

Since Alan and his wife left baglan pharmacy is the worst pharmacy Iv ever dealt with they are slow and incompetent with no people skills, they mess up prescriptions which put peoples health at risk, avoid at all costs
