        Absolute shambles of a chemist Staff never answer the phone Always waiting over an hour in the queue just hand a scrip in will definitely not be going back to this shambles of a place

        Very poor front line interaction with customers. Visited 17 Sept. Can only describe staff as arrogantly useless. Told item I wanted was "out of hours" (???). Went to Boots, professional pharmacist excellent. No problem, bought item. Suggest Lloyd's staff receive training from Boots.
