Don't know what's going on lately here but I have texts to say my prescriptions are ready then when I go to collect...there is nothing there or only half the stuff...staff really haven't got a clue

Badly gone down hill. Hardly anything on shelves half the time. Clearly someone not ordering deliveries very much. Prescriptions take ages. That's if half your stuff is even in it (They continously owe you items) staff keep you waiting ages while they chat amongst themselves. They cut you off the phone when you try to ring. Attitude is generally bad. I've taken my repeats elsewhere after numerous months of this shambles. Awful

Small chemist but extremely professionally run staff polite and pleasant text the customers when prescriptions ready to collect

Absolutely all you need in a Pharmacy. The staff are very helpful, especially when my GP surgery fails to act professionally when it comes to prescriptions. They go over and above what is required and have saved the day so many times. Excellent pharmacy. Thank you.
