Nerys is a brilliant groomer, she didn't judgemy poochon - who had got really 'schmatty' during lockdown. I tried brushing her but had left her brush out of my 'bubble'. I couldn't purchase another as it wasn't deemed a 'necessity' but & so got the best I could, which was get the top of the fur but not the underneath. Nerys did her best to make my little girl look as good as possible under the circumstances - I honestly thought she was going to come back skinned. Nerys took all morning but her rates don't reflect the hours that she puts in. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and as my little girl has separation anxiety she seemed to be ok with Nerys - who you can tell is doing the job she does because she loves animals. I'm really pleased, we're all really pleased & my little girls 'hooman' siblings things she looks ssoo cute. Thank you so much Nerys, would recommend to everyone - I'd give 100 stars if I could
