Absolutely amazing, listened to everything requested and followed word by word. Created an amazing friendship with my dog straight away. The groomer allowed us to go into the back with her to make our puppy more comfortable. Dog looks gorgeous, best groom she's ever had! And already booked in for future grooms! Cannot recommend enough, very professional, friendly, and caring.

I've been using Hayley to groom my dogs for a couple of years now. They are both very energetic dogs who don't have much patience for standing still to be groomed. Buddy in particular can be nervous with new people. She is fantastic with them and does an amazing job everytime. They are so excited when they see her and it's never a stressful experience for them. She's very professional, friendly and cuts them exactly the way we ask. I trust her completely with my dogs and I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
