        Nicola was absolutely fantastic with Chester. Being slightly blind, 11 years old and nervous wasn't sure of how it was going to go! He came smelling awesome and the cut is superb. Great communication and approach - he is looking forward to his next trip. He was even gifted a blue bow for good behaviour. Thanks Nicola, superb!!
