It's a Dog's Life

The owner Tracey is first class with my different dogs over many years. Tracey is excellent with the way she handles the dogs and does groom them to a very high standard. Will always listen to requests made by the owners. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to have,their dogs groomed.

Was due to pick my dog up at 12.30, her appointment was for 3 hours. Got a phone call after just over an hour of dropping her off which went to answer phone, when i listened to it i was shocked! Tracy left a message saying "your dog is done already, she is doing my head in so the sooner you pick her up the better!" Lovely way to talk to an owner about their precious dog. My dog was nervous and crying apparently, when i got there she was in a cage, which is fine but maybe the extremely quick cut and being left in a small cage to cry may have been something to do with it!? There were no other dogs in the shop appart from her own so busyness was not the issue, i have expressed my upset to Tracy but she really didnt seem to care, just answered with "well she was doing my head in, she was crying!" Never again will any of my dogs go back!

We have used its a dogs life with all our other dogs for years. We took our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to Tracey today - they were in need of a desperate trim, Tracey fitted us in at short notice and gave an excellent clip which we are more than happy with! Would recommend!
