Hideaway

This is the 2nd time Hideaway has had our Malamute, Bear and he always comes home, happy, healthy and tired. They can't do enough for you, this time we were late getting back from a holiday and even though they closed at 5 they offered to walk Bear down to meet us at 530 at the lower gates. Recommended kennels.

Our 2 dogs have just returned from a weeks stay. They are always happy to stay there. Theresa and Gemma look after them well and nothing is to much trouble for them. Highly recommend them

Never Again.. I left my 2 dogs with the new owners and Im completely horrified!! Jack Russel Cross whos now getting into his senior years and my Pomeranian puppy only 8 months old so was already nervous about leaving them with the new owners. Well when I picked them up they were filthy dirty, saturated in urine and god knows what else. They stank so bad I had to bath them as soon as we got home. To make matters worse my Pom baby is matted. To say Im heart broken and devastated is an understatement. I will now have to book him into the professional groomers and keep my fingers crossed he wont need to be shaved. Never, never again

I boarded my 2 frenchbulldog pups at these kennels which i did not realise the previouse owners had sold up 2yr ago, it was home from home for my previouse old boy and was looked after really well, after learning of these new owners i checked reviews and was appalled to what i saw photos of other fur babies ribs and spine showing just like my 2 fur babies never again i was sickend how thin they had gonelost massive amount of weight ribs showing and spine and very sad looking
