Gethin was the 3rd personal trainer I have worked with, he is by far the best and I could not be more happy with my results. Gethin is so good at tailoring every programme specifically to you and ensuring you get exactly what you need out of each session. I am the strongest I have ever been and working with Gethin has given me a totally fresh perspective on food and exercise. The confidence that Gethin has built in me is just amazing and I have never felt so accomplished and capable in the gym. If you've always struggled with knowing what to do in the gym and how to view your body and strength positively then working with Gethin will 100% change this. Every session is also a bundle of laughs which helps!

I have been training with Gethin for the last year and he has been amazing! He has made me feel confident in the gym and in myself. Gethin makes our PT sessions enjoyable and tailors the workout to what I need! I look forward every session. I can not recommend him enough!
