Trained with Jordan since 2019 (minus a little break)started back in October and felt like I'd never had a break. I've now signed up to his transformation programme. Currently into week 2 and actually falling back in love with training. Work outs sent to me to take the thinking out of what I need to do. Plans in place, measurements recorded, food/ nutrition review and advice is all excellent from Jordan. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a PT. I tell him I hate him every week, but keep going back so he's doing his job well ha.
