I ordered some snow boots & they arrived quicker than expected. However it turns out the wrong size boots had been put into the box so I received a size 6 instead of a size 7. I filled in the online form for contacting customer service on Friday evening to explain the issue and asked what was the quickest way to resolve the issue. I had a reply later that evening which apologized for the confusion and told me they had dispatched a new pair of boots with express delivery. The correct boots arrived on Sunday and I couldn't be happier with them. Overall I've been really impressed with the speed of response and of the quality of the boots and the customer service!
