Back problem diagnosis Lumbar spine spondylosis & right side trochanteric bursitis, causing postural strain of the left glutes and ilotibal band. So 2nd visit today with James after months of suffering severe pain, I really feel I am going to get this under control with the professional help from Jonathan. Highly professional and highly recommended. Thank you.

Had suffered from pain and mobility in my right shoulder for some time. Despite physio and exercises, nothing seemed to provide enough improvement to be comfortable. Visited Rosie (my wife was already a client and very happy with her own experience) and was really impressed with the interest she showed in the problem - she listened well and took copious notes which she referred to at subsequent sessions. After a couple of visits my shoulder felt much better and other improvements included beneficial changes to my posture. Rosie is my first and only experience of osteopathy and I reckon I struck it lucky first time. She is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend Swansea Body Kinetics.
