        Nick was waiting for me when I arrived. During a thorough discussion regarding my medical and sporting history, I explained I felt a sharp shoulder pain when swimming and had a niggly pain on the side of my knee. Following Nick's massage I left a little more relaxed but no pain. Now 2 days later I've had a 40 min swim and 60 min run with no ill effects. Nick has definitely made a huge difference to my mobility. Highly recommended.

        What a wonderful group of people working here. They are kind, friendly and great at what they do. I have had Osteopath treatment which was brilliant and avidly attended pregnancy yoga with the gorgeous midwife Meg. Would highly recommend.

        Absolutely love the yoga classes here at Body Solve. The Debbie and Sharon are always happy, friendly and helpful when booking or any changes being made to classes. I love Jade and Jo's yoga classes, I feel amazing when I leave, they are both wonderful people to guide you through your yoga journey. I love the size on the classes they are perfect to get the most from each class. The pricing is unbelievably fair and the best around. So glad I found yoga at Body Solve 5
