Always a pleasure to visit this lovely optician. Staff are kind and wonderful especially with ASD kids. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels calm, safe and happy during every visit. Thank you

Lovely staff but am sorry to say that I'm an unhappy customer. New glasses expected in 7 to 10 days and a month on with still no sign of them or explanation apart from they're not on the delivery. Really disappointed.
