        BOTH LLANSAMLET AND SWANSEA STORES HAVE THE SAME MESSAGE WHEN PHONING EITHER STORE. GAVE UP ON BOTH AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWAER MY CALL. PLEASE THINK OF ADVISING CUSTOMERS AS TO HOW LONG THEY WOULD HAVE TO WAIT - THE MESSAGE RELAYED THAT CALLS ARE IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THAT AN ADVISOR WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY IS SIMPLY A JOKE.
