My father was recently placed in Brynfield Manor, having struggled both physically and mentally in recent years. Whilst as a family, we wanted him to remain at home, it became clear he needed expert help, 24 hours a day. Brynfield Manor has excellent and in our opinion, well-deserved reviews. The staff were attentive and professional in all our dealings and we felt reassured that our father was very well cared for during his very brief stay. Thank you so much for all of your care.

My parents went into Brynfield for respite care after a hospital admission for my dad. We have been overwhelmed by the caring and compassionate nature of all the staff. Each and every person we have encountered has been delightful, helpful and unfailingly kind. We could not have asked for better. My parents decided(of their own accord) to make this a permanent, rather than temporary arrangement. As a visitor, I feel welcomed and valued and as residents, my parents feel safe, secure and cared for. As a family, we are incredibly grateful. A difficult process has been made easy.

Treated family with sensitivity and compassion. Dad really liked his room and the view. When he passed, the staff involved were kind, caring, informative and sensitive in their approach. Thank you.

Would Ike to know why my uncles clothes have disappeared. He didn't enter in the nude having a full wardrobe. All his clothes were marked with his room number as required by the management. Now he apparently has nothing in his wardrobe. This is not my responsibility, it that of the management. We had a discussion some 12 months ago but this apparently has not been adhered to. With the cost of the placement he is not in a financial position to recloth himself nor should he have to as it is obvious the problem is that of the laundry department not returning his clothing When my aunt who also resided there was alive, it was noted that she was often was in clothing not her own. What is the point of going to the trouble of identifying clothing if this is ignored by staff
