I am not sure what their services are like for residents I am sure they are good. But if you are researching them for work I would think twice. I had an interview with them meet this guy not sure if he was the manager, owner or both. All was going well then he told me I had to pay up front for a dbs. A red flag straight away for me on how a firm regards staff and a indicator to a possible bad place to work. I said no thanks I have been caught before. Normally I get the standard reply of we pay back after x time. I can see their point to a degree but it just reinforces the indicator that its a bad firm with high turnover. Instead of the standard reply the 'Brazil Faulty of care just stomped off leaving me sitting in his garden you know the way a child does when it does not get its own way. So with a chuckle I walked back to the car passing the parade of fluttering red flags.
