My mother was there briefly before she passed away. The rooms were clean and pleasant and the care workers seemed nice. However some of the more senior staff ( including one of the qualified nurses) left a lot to be desired. The person in charge on the night my mother died was completely out of their depth with the situation. I would question the level of training and support this member of staff had been given. I would be unable to recommend this care home to othets

My mother has been a resident at Cwrt Enfys since Febuary 2018.We find that the management and staff are very caring, helpful and supportive at all times. Always going the extra mile to ensure the best of care. An example of this was my mother's recent 90th birthday celebrations at the home where all staff made a tremendous effort to ensure she had an absolutely wonderful day. I would like to thank the management all the carers and the activities team for all the effort to make our day special. Would highly recommend Cwrt Enfys to anyone considering residential or nursing care. Thank you all again Jill and Glen Burbidge

I work there and my daughter also. The team work hard to ensure our family of residents always come first. The activities are fantastic, even includes family too all welcome.
