My first time to visit here and I am absolutely blown away, the lovely young man who did my nails was gentle and super fast and I am totally delighted with my new nails, a slight language barrier but that was my fault for not listening properly, I took a photo of what I wanted rather than make a rash decision while there and they turned out better than I wanted. Thank you so much to the lovely young man you did a brilliant job and I'm very happy and it was worth the very reasonable price, you will deffinately see me again Service: Gel manicures

I went there around the 5th of march 2023 I am absolutely appalled by what the result of my nails where I loved the set they did on me however my nails were in agony and burning hot when they did the set I didnt think anything of it as I have highly sensitive skin and nails . The pain was getting worse so just over a week later I decided to remove the nails professionally and they had filled my nails so thin there were no natural nails left it was all skin therethore I had to leave acrylic on a few nails the few I had fully removed by a different tech were full off blood and green/brown from nail rot from getting infected on how thin they had filled the natural nail the set I had cost me 45 didnt even last a week before breaking and left me with nail infection and no natural nail I am beyond livid with the company. Not only did the technician continue to use the drill on full speed when I pulled my hand away after expressing that it was hurting he just pulled my hand back to him and continued with more pressure there was constant unpleasant looks at me aswell as my mother who came with me due to me not being comfortable going on my own I would understand if it was annoying and they were busy however it was around 2 oclock and they were what Id describe as dead there was one client leaving and one who was finishing her session so there truly was no need for it . would give no stars. the white ladys attitude was horrible. (only way i could describe) no manners dragging my hand, and in the middle of the appointment she did someone else, and her colleague had to tell her to come back to me. bit shocking considering they have all these good reviews. suprised if they have any actual happy customers !

Last week, I visited the salon hoping to have a relaxing session for a manicure and pedicure. However, I left really disappointed. Firstly, I noticed that the shellac on my nails had started peeling off after less than a week. This was unfortunate, especially considering how much I paid for the service. Secondly, during the session, the lady who was doing my manicure and pedicure cut my cuticles too deeply on a few of my fingers and toes, causing bleeding and discomfort for the rest of the week. Despite raising this issue to the lady, no one apologised or offered to rectify the situation. In addition to the above, I would like to highlight a concerning hygiene issue I encountered during my visit. After the lady cut my cuticles and caused them to bleed, she used a brush to clean the top of my nails. However, I noticed that the same brush had been used to brush nail dust from the table. This was highly unhygienic, and I felt uncomfortable with it. I hope that the salon can improve its services and ensure that its customers have a better experience in the future. However, I will not be returning to the salon for any further services and would never recommend it to my friends and family. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
