A big thank you to your scooter service/repair department. pcmobilityservices are a hidden gem for scooter repairs and servicing in s wales. Couldn't ask for better, very professional service. Without question id highly recommend. I'm a repeat customer, need I say more. Engineers are very informative, the female who answers the phone, very polite. Ive tried, a few scooter repair facilities in s wales, none can match the services provided by pcmobilityservices. a big thank you to all.

In May 2022 a wheelchair was serviced for 60 additional 30 for collection and delivery it was used once stopped working in June 2022 They collected the same wheelchair and found the toggle had stopped working even though this was meant to have been checked on the service. The new charge of 25 for a refurbished toggle and 65 for labour to fit and futher 30 for collection and delivery. I complained that the service did not seem very good if a part was literally about to fail was not picked up and they eventually after a lot of fuss reduced the cost by 20. I was not allowed to speak to the owner of the company Paul Hunt who makes decisions about costs or goodwill gestures as he is too busy to talk to mere customers. After seeing this review I was phoned and as a goodwill gesture have reduced the price by a further 50 which is more than the original service and completely covers the labour the cost to replace the toggle. I have changed my review from a 2 to 4 star to reflect this improvement in their customer service.
