Our tv signal failed so we found Signal Kings via Google. Mr Stevens duly arrived as promised this afternoon. He explained the service he would be carrying out together with cost, then went on to carry out a diagnostic check during which he identified our aerial was defective (we'd suspected as much as something important-looking was dangling from the aerial). He further explained that accessing the aerial would prove problematic owing to the positioning of the bay window on our 1930s semi (see photo). As an alternative to having scaffolding erected Mr Stevens proposed fitting a satellite dish. He brought one from his van and showed us where it could be positioned (we particularly appreciated his consideration to our neighbours). In the end we picked a location and in a very short period of time we have a freesat dish fitted. And our tv picture is better than ever. Following the fitting job Mr Stevens was happy to spend time answering some "what if" questions relating to the future repositioning of our tv. All in all we have been very impressed with Signal Kings and would highly recommend. Photo showing new dish. Old aerial visible in background.
