From the moment We Will took over the house sale I felt confident that I had found a firm that knew what they were doing and would do their best to sell the property for the right price with my best interest at heart. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you for your professionalism and caring attitude.

We had a great service. We Will arranged many viewings in the first couple of weeks of our property going on the market and we received an offer within the first month. The house was sold just weeks later for the price we were hoping for, so it worked out perfectly for us.

My experience with We Will Homes was really good. I was abroad for a lot of the time but they kept me informed appropriately. I was very happy with the photos and floor plan they made of the house, and their communication was very clear. I was a bit nervous about using a smaller company, but I'm pleased I did and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Pretty awful experience, they completely overcharged us from our deposit; 87 for what they called 3 hours cleaning (unnecessary). They didn't bother organising problems to be fixed - our kitchen tap broke very early on and we were stuck with it. They tried to do a ''house check' for next door instead of us, at least note the address!! And only put their head round the door (if they showed up) - I have to take time off work to be there! I advise landlords and tenants to avoid!!
