I recently put my house on the market with Sam which sold in 4 days. The overall experience was fantastic. Sarah carried out the viewings and Sam kept me informed every step of the process. Nothing is too much bother. All messages were answered swiftly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Sullivan's and will be using them in the future.

Such a smooth stress free experience selling with Sam. Not only was Sam easily contactable, she was on the ball with absolutely everything. Making sure the buyers to view were quality leads as there were lots of enquiries. She arranged an 'open' house and sold from just one day of viewings - we had a newborn at the time, so this was incredibly helpful as we went out for the day and left her to it. She recommended a solicitor too who I've never dealt with one who actually returns calls and chases things up without being prompted, what a breath of fresh air. Sam is a good friend, and even if she wasn't I'd hand on heart recommend her, we wouldn't even think to use anyone else now, have everything we could ever need from Sullivans. Thanks Sam
