        We recently bought our first home with Rachel at John Francis in Pontardawe. Rachel can only be described as an absolute superstar and gem, who did everything she could to ease worries, keep us positive, chase solicitors and ensure we completed before our mortgage offer expired. If you are looking for an estate agent that is really passionate, lovely to deal with, always goes above and beyond to keep things progressing, and that you never have to chase, I would highly recommend her and the team to anyone.
