        Not sure of the lady's name who works there but she is an absolute gem, as is the newer gentleman. Always very pleasant and super helpful, and they make everything so easy! They genuinely make it an enjoyable experience rather than dreading organising everything. Have been recommending them to friends already and will continue to do so. Give them all a raise!

        Just had the whole of my upstairs carpeted and LVT flooring downstairs done by these guys and the materials, service, price, whole experience have been fantastic. Won't be using anyone else again.

        Best experience from Tapi Swansea! They've kept us updated on our orders from the beginning, delays were rescheduled with no issues no dramas, I was fussy and couldn't decide but wasn't pressured into making a decision or to order right away. The fitters were wonderful too, family run business and worked hard making sure the LVT & carpet was perfect. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again in near future. Thanks to Gareth, Daryl, Kayleigh and the team for a great service. X
