WOW! What more can I say! I sent in a 2 year old quality watch to see if these guys could polish out some scratches that had built up over the clasp and strap, Ive just had the watch returned and it is absolutely like a brand new watch! Genuinely thought they had swopped it for a new one except the serial number proves its mine. Amazed. Also they had it back to me within 5 days and kept me informed and notified of its dispatch and to let me know it would be with me this morning. I dont normally leave reviews but on this occasion the service was so good and so efficient, I just had to! Thanks again Oliver and the jeweler who did the job for me..Andy.

Scammers, they bought a necklace and said they tested it, they dont test in front of you! Claimed it was only 9k gold now seen it in the window as 18k gold for nearly 6x the price they bought it. Dont trust them to buy your gold!

Excellent customer service. They were very nice. They didnt make me feel out of place like the people in Laings in Cardiff. Bought a lovely ring dated back in Edwardian time. 18k yellow gold with 0.5 carat diamond. Felt a bit exhausted with work. So decided to give myself a gift. A good investment as well.
