        Been to this shop a few times now and sadly wont be coming back or recommending. Frances and Danielle were lovely and listened to me but one of the ladies with blonde hair was so rude and dismissive. I explained a coil was the wrong size and if I could exchange or refund them(this pack was unopened as well), she wouldnt listen and said it will fit and told me to open the pack and try. If it didnt fit then come back and theyll sort it. I kept asking if there was different sizes as Im trying to get into vaping but she kept interrupting me and basically pushing me out the shop. Because of the amount of money Ive spent trying to get the right parts and now this experience, Ive decided to go elsewhere. Think if it wasnt for this and how lovely Frances and Danielle were I would.

        This company is so helpful. I called them today, answered quickly and a kind lady reordered fixed coils I needed as I had ordered the wrong ones. She kindly removed the postage charge as i had already paid it on my previous order. The e liquids are great and the coffee flavour is my favorite Thank you.
