Came home late in the evening after being away for christmas and new year to find my boiler had broken down. Tried a good many "24hr emergency" boiler repair companies, most did not answer the phone or even respond to messages left. Eventually made contact with a few the next day, but these could not even visit to determine the fault for at least a week. Vavou was last on list (must have been alphabetically sorted), Ben responded immediately and made it out to me that evening (Friday), didn't have parts with him, but returned Monday afternoon to fix. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a brilliant service. Friendly, professional, efficient and good value for money. Ben saved us thousands because he had the skills and experience needed to identify the issue with our boiler quickly and fix it. Communication was fantastic and he helped us understand the issue we had in terms we could understand. Amazing service and one I will use again and again. Ben arrived very promptly to service our central heating boiler, and, as always , worked quickly and tidily. He also replaced a leaking radiator during the summer while were away on holiday, and we came home to nice clean bathroom with a shiny new radiator. Ben is the only person we know who is genuinely available 365 days a year, and we appreciated his help when we had a broken pipe on the day after Boxing Day.
