HiQ Tyres & Autocare Neath

I cant recommend these guys enough! I turned up out of the blue with an unrepairable front tyre, which I had replaced with my doughnut spare tyre fitted to the car. They didnt have my tyre size in stock (not a common size), but they managed to source one online and had it delivered there in a couple of hours from over 50 miles away! Before I left, to return once the new tyre arrived, Kyle insisted he took my car into the garage and check over the emergency tyre I fitted so the vehicle was safe to drive. What service! Excellent service from Kyle. I had a couple of issues with my wheels etc and he bent over backwards to get me sorted. Genuine good customer service is so rare I have to give 5 stars.

Ive used the Neath Branch numerous times and the service is quick efficient and friendly. Big shout out to Kyle whos always willing to discuss products with you and has an excellent knowledge which is reassuring

Went to HIQ without booking the car in, Kyle sorted the problem out there and then for me, he went out of his way and got my son a balloon and a load of stickers to keep him entertained whilst we waited. Kyle was very friendly and helpful, will definitely use HIQ again.
