I have been having therapy sessions with Sarah for the past year now, and I can't say enough how much it has helped me during this part of my life journey. She's incredibly positive and her energy is contagious so when we catch up I feel at ease. When in our sessions it's like I'm talking to another friend or family member but without judgement or shame and I also feel a lot less restricted in what I can say and express. She's a great practicing therapist and I look forward to our future sessions.

Sarah is an absolutely amazing person inside and out. After only a couple of months of sessions Sarah has helped me change my life for the better, if it wasnt for her I wouldnt be where I am now! Her approach to the sessions and having a spiritual side to them is something that Ive never managed to find before, its a part of what makes her so unique. I could never thank and recommend Sarah enough!

Sarah is warm, genuine, compassionate and authentic. These qualities shine through even in an online session. I was drawn to Sarah because her therapeutic approach includes a spiritual element, something I felt was missing from other therapy sessions I've had. Talking to Sarah felt like chatting with a friend, and in our short time together, I've learnt so much.
